Risk Analysis....
We
are available to our clients on each job from
cradle to grave, and at any place in between.
We suggest that there be a Risk Analysis be
performed from the inception of the sale.
Risk Analysis is provided in the negotiation stage
of the sale, hand in hand with the finance team,
we can assist your sales department to obtain a
Letter of Credit that will be written in a way
that protects your interests.
Risk Analysis can be continued once the
Application is completed by the Buyer with his
bank and sent to us for review.
Most commonly, we are called in upon the receipt
of an established Letter of Credit.
At any point, we review all terms and conditions
of the LC. In optimum conditions, we also
ask for a copy of the purchase order or contract
if possible, and contact with the forwarder who
will be handling the transport logistics. In
this way we will have all of the pieces of the
puzzle.
We will provide a Risk Analysis typically within a
two hour turnaround.
The Risk Analysis will provide you with our
opinion of any area of risk and the level of that
risk. We will also advise if there are any
'kill items' that we would foresee that would
prevent you from making a clean presentation.
Regardless of our findings, we will provide you
with suggested solutions, wording, or next steps
to help guide you through the process.
This Analysis continues through to any amendments.
